What we collect and why
You can read every article and shop on spruka.com with optional tracking turned off. We do not ask for your name, email or payment details on this site.

Changing your choice
Use the Privacy choices button at the bottom of any article. Choosing Essential only turns optional tracking off and removes the data this site stored in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
How long we keep data
Your privacy choice expires after 180 days. Article measurement records are kept for as long as Spruka needs them to evaluate this article's advertising and are then deleted or reduced to aggregate statistics. Analytics and advertising partners keep data under their own retention policies.
Where data is processed
Spruka is based in the United States, and our providers process data there. If you are in the UK, the EU or Switzerland, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@spruka.com. If you are in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
